We worked closely with the owners of this lovely 1912 home in Kensington-Cedar Cottage to renovate in two stages while they lived onsite. It was a delicate dance to provide red carpet access and minimize dust in the part of the house they were living in, well worth it when the end result is a beautifully designed vintage home accentuated with vivid bursts of colour.
Black-stained original fir floors with slate in the kitchen
Solid wood millwork, quartz counters and vibrant backsplash subway tiles
Fireplace with a rippled Carrera surround in a diamond vein pattern
Bathrooms with marble elements in the floor tile, shower surround and counters
Vintage clawfoot tub was repaired and powdercoated
Leaded glass windows were repaired and finished with wooden shutters
