We extensively remodeled the interior of this Craftsman Bungalow house in East Vancouver to improve structural stability, open up key living spaces for entertainment, and revitalize a secondary suite. The focus of the renovation was the kitchen, with its wide-open layout and clean, modern lines contrasted by copper accents and reclaimed wood. The home was rebuilt from the ground up by underpinning the foundation walls and digging down the basement height to create a comfortable 2-bedroom basement suite and solidify the home’s structure.
